Beginning June 29, readers of the Lake Couty Journal's website, lakecountyjournal.com, will be asked to answer a simple survey question before reading their first full story.

When readers first visit lakecountyjournal.com, they will see our home page as usual. But when clicking on the first headline, readers will be asked a question such as, "Do you drink pop?" Readers also may be asked to "Like" the story on Facebook.

By performing either of these quick actions, the full story will appear. The survey is part of our continued exploration into how we can work with Internet companies such as Google.
