Goats: They’ve got personality
GRAYSLAKE – About two years ago, Grayslake’s Gretta Winkelbauer began taking soap- and cheese-making classes just for fun.
After friends and family told her how much they loved her products, she started thinking maybe she could follow her dream of owning her own dairy farm.
“People told me that it was really good,” Winkelbauer said of her homemade soap and cheese. “It reignited my passion.”
