A Crystal Lake man is being sued for his actions in a May boating accident that seriously injured a Lake County woman.

Attorneys for Bartlett resident Dena Renzulli filed the personal injury lawsuit today against Brian Yost, according to a press release from Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C.  

Yost, 36, of the 1800 block of Sherman Boulevard, was charged with operating under the influence May 26 after the Glastron Carlson boat he was driving collided with a pontoon boat in Myers Bay in Fox Lake, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
