Woodland Middle School welcomes new assistant principal

GURNEE –  Trina Metz has been named the new assistant principal at Woodland Middle School. 

"I am very excited and honored to work with such an amazing staff in my new role as assistant principal," said Metz. "I look forward to working with many families and students for the years to come."

Already familiar with the middle school, Metz has been a member of the Woodland Middle School faculty for 10 years and has served in the capacity of science teacher, team leader and curriculum coordinator for the science department as well as behavior intervention specialist.
